| "Street of Dreams" coming to Harbour Point Yacht Club |

Atlanta, GA, November 27, 2000-- John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods and Hardeman Properties, Inc. are proud to announce that their prestigious Lake Lanier property, Harbour Point Yacht Club, has been selected as the site for the 2001 Street of Dreams. Tentatively scheduled to begin in September 2001 for nine consecutive weeks, the Street of Dreams is expected to draw crowds in excess of 50,000.
The Street of Dreams will be exclusive to Harbour Point Yacht Club located on prestigious Lake Lanier in Hall County. Six custom homes will be available for touring built by Wieland’s Colonnade Custom Home Division, Windborne Properties, R.L. Wagner Company, KTL Properties, Ronald W. Young, Inc. and Whitmire Homes. Promotions for this event will start approximately one month prior to commencement of the show with ticket sales being held on-site.
Harbour Point Yacht Club on Lake Lanier offers its members an award-winning amenities package featuring an 8000 square foot Yacht Club complete with Captain’s Hall, member’s lounge, full-service grille and fitness center. This spectacular building is enhanced by its neighborhood amenities boasting a private marina with covered boat slips, beautiful cascading pools and lighted tennis courts.
